In addition to our full-service suite of staffing options, Oasis offers Payrolling Services to those companies that have sourced their own talent for a project or other work assignments that are of a limited nature. This service is intended for those business situations where there is work and budget available but the client organization does not see an ongoing need for the talent and does not want to bring them onto their own payroll. Generally speaking, Payrolling Service assignments are of a specific nature, sometimes involve specialized talent, but always have a definite end date in mind.

Oasis Payrolling Services rely on the client to source and screen the talent necessary to complete the work which saves Oasis from using our own resources for this purpose. In turn, Oasis passes these savings onto the Oasis customer. Payrolling Service billing rates are reduced significantly from our full-service Temporary Staffing rates.

In this work arrangement, the client refers the recruited talent to Oasis Staffing who hires the talent following our standard temporary employee hiring process. Skills testing can be included, but in our experience this has been seldom required by the Payrolling Services client. Oasis then places the newly hired temporary employee at the client worksite.
